Kelly Hougnon
Kelly Hougnon is the Office Manager with Recruiters of Minnesota. Kelly joined the company in 2003 and has eight years of technical recruiting experience. Prior to joining Recruiters of Minnesota, Kelly was with a local IT Search Firm as a technical recruiter and worked at the Minnesota Work Force Center as a Career Planner. Kelly is a past member of the executive board for the Minnesota Technical Recruiters Network (MnTRN).
Kelly is a graduate from the College of St. Benedict. She is the youngest of seven and grew up in Minnetonka, MN. Kelly is married and enjoys travel, reading, and college hockey, particularly the Minnesota Gophers.
Kelly’s favorite quote is from Aristotle, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Kelly’s second favorite quote is, “Take life with a grain of salt…a wedge of lime, and a shot of tequila.”
