Meet the Recruiters

Alex Zeman

Alex joined Recruiters of Minnesota in 2014 and has enjoyed building relationships with clients and candidates across the local tech market over the last several years. Alex started his career as an account executive at a small advertising agency, where he learned the importance of trust-based, transparent relationships and excellent client service. After several successful years at Recruiters of Minnesota, Alex recently gained in-house recruiting experience while serving as the director of talent at local SaaS startup Branch App, where he sourced 29 FTE hires in eight months to support the company’s growing business. Alex is thrilled to have recently rejoined Recruiters of Minnesota, where he is excited to continue making a meaningful difference in his candidates’ lives and his clients’ bottom line. He truly believes that a company’s greatest assets are its people, and takes great pride in connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Alex graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business Marketing, and lives in west metro with his wife Sarah and daughters Charlotte, and Poppy, and son William.
