Rick DesLauriers

Rick DesLauriers is the founder and owner of Recruiters of Minnesota.  Rick’s responsibilities include hiring, training, and retention. Rick prides himself on the hard-working, self-reliant team at Recruiters of Minnesota.  Rick knows it is essential to allow his team to work in a free-thinking, independent environment, while he provides the expertise and mentorship leading to success.  Rick is always looking to grow his team and is always actively seeking new Recruiters.

Rick has over 30 years of IT recruiting experience.  Prior to recruiting, Rick held positions in Software Sales and Purchasing at National Computer Systems and Control Data Corporation.  Rick attended St John’s University and graduated in 1981.

Rick and his wife Mary met while studying abroad in Salzburg, Austria.  Rick is the third of seven children and grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota.  Rick and Mary have 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. They are long-term parishioners of St Therese of Deephaven.

While Rick has been very successful as the Founder of Recruiters of Minnesota, he always has time to help others.  A few of Rick’s accomplishments outside of work and family include:
